    At Mi Casa Housing, we have multiple lenders with multiple loan programs, as well as our own in-house financing available. Our big box competitors - they have one lender with one set of loan programs and the strictest qualifications. Swing by our store or give us a call and let's chat. We can find the lender thats right for your situation, as well as pick out your new home.

  • I am short on money for a down payment. I own land though, will that help?

    Yes! Our lenders have land-in-lieu programs available to let you use the equity in the land you own in place of cash for your down payment on a new manufactured home. With this type of loan, you can use up to 65% of the appraised value of your land towards the required down payment. And you can do it without a survey or a permanent foundation required. You can often finance fees, closing costs, and site improvements into your loan, which can help reduce out-of-pocket expenses. Private Mortgage Insurance is also not required. A one-time close at the title company can also help minimize closing costs.

  • Can I include septic tank in my loan package?

    Yes, your home's septic tank and many other items can be financed in your home loan.

  • I have a drivers license but no Social Security Number, can I still purchase a home?

    Yes, many of our lenders accept ITIN number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number, in-lieu of SSN.

  • I saw that home mortgage interest rates are going up. Is now still a good time to buy a manufactured home?
